At MediAkris, we believe that sustainable growth begins with a well-prepared team. To support the next phase of FreeHand® expansion, we brought together colleagues from different functions for a two-day internal educational workshop focused on aligning knowledge, strengthening collaboration and establishing a common approach to clinical and commercial implementation.

The programme combined market insights, product positioning and hands-on technical training with practical case studies and implementation planning. Participants explored FreeHand® technology in depth, practised system setup, discussed target clinical applications and worked through real-life implementation scenarios—from the first customer engagement to supporting the first live surgical case.

Beyond technical knowledge, the workshop marked an important milestone in strengthening our internal culture. By welcoming new colleagues, sharing experience across teams and creating a common understanding of our roles, we continue to build an organisation that combines clinical excellence, technical expertise and customer-focused support.
